Run by Health Services Board and the Ballamona Hospital Administration Committee - monthly meeting of the latter, looked after the hospital on behald of the Board; also had a Visiting remit - duty visitor each month. In the 1950s this became the Hospitals Administration Committee when White Hoe Isloation Hospital and Cronk Ruagh Sanatorium were administratively merged with Ballamona. This did not last long as Cronk Ruagh was transfered to Ramsey Cottage Hospital and White Hoe to Nobels Hospital. Then it returned to being the Ballamona Hospital Administration Committee.
