- Weight Unladen;
- Axle-weight;
- Diameter, Width and Material of Tyres;
- Maximum Speed Permissable;
- 'Whether indended for (a) Private Use (b) Use for Trade Purpose (c) Use as a a Public Conveyance';
- Date of Registration;
- If Cancelled, Date of Cancellation.
