Description1 letter from The Board of Guardians of the Poor of Ramsey to Dr Skene, Medical Superintendent at the Mental Hospital. This letter requests that Miss Gertrude Kelly be transferred from the Cheshire County Council's Public Assistance Department Institution at Knutsford, Cheshire to the Infirmary in Braddan. The letter is dated 26th October 1940.
