Description	M1 form titled 'Application to the Asylum's Board to Consent to the Placing of a Defective in a Certified Institution or Certified House or Under Guardianship'. This document provides a statement of particulars with respect to the defective and a medical certificate. Date of Admission: 4 Nov 1936. The form also contains a 'Warrant to Remand in Detention', dated 21 Jan 1938. The Complainant was NAME REDACTED and the Defendant was NAME REDACTED. The Warrant commands that the Defendant be retained at the Mental Hospital, Braddan. Date of Admission: 14 Jan 1938.
