- correspondence and file notes regarding absence, illness and timekeeping;
- correspondence and file notes regarding disciplinary action;
- correspondence and file notes regarding the departure of the staff member from employment at Ballamona Hospital, including copies of letters of reference.

Physical DescriptionFiles have been put into archive boxes but remain in original folders with staples and paperclips. Some rusting of paperclips and staples was evident. Individual files are not numbered in any way to connect them to S22/8/3 sub-series; files from C17/25 have are marked with C17/25. Each box in S22/8/3 has a sheet of paper within that notes the number in files in that box.
Arrangement of SeriesArrangement of individual files is alphabetical by surname.

Staff files in C17/25 (187 files) were mixed into C17/26 to form S22/8/3. Both runs of files were already in alphabetical order by surname. C17/25 contained some earlier files, but the overlap in time period with C17/26 was enough to justify the combination of the 2. A Word document list of the files in C17/25 was made prior to the combination and can be found in the shared drive.
